Friends, can I let you in on a little secret?
I started writing this blog post in August.
Yep. I have a two week brand and design process, but the minute Madalyn agreed to work with me after a couple of jokes about her non-existent branding and me strategically sending her blog posts as they fit into our conversations (I think this is the one that did the trick ;)), this blog post was already writing itself in my head.
You see, Madalyn is so much more than a sweet client to me. Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely adore all my clients and the people I get to work with. But Madalyn and I met as friends and then started working together.
She’s what I would call my biz bestie, coworking partner, and dog sitter all in one. But not only that, I actually got to tag along to one of her weddings and see the true passion she has for her clients and the incredible work ethic she has.
Y’all, that North Carolina heat for an August wedding is no joke. But she didn’t even seem to be phased by it.
I was so excited to get started on this project, but also a little nervous. It had to be perfect. Not just visually appealing or strategically designed. It had to represent Madalyn and the Madalyn Yates Photography brand and all that it stands for. When you know someone as well as I know Madalyn, that can be both scary and exciting at the same time.
Well, y’all. The day is finally here! The day I’ve been waiting for since August. And I’m so excited I get to share the brand new Madalyn Yates Photography brand and website with you.
And if you’re looking to get a refreshed look for your own brand and website, I’d love to chat! Head on over here to learn more!
first up – the brand reveal
The details on this brand is what truly gets me. It is packed with tons of little details that all represent Madalyn oh so well. And y’all, she even said she wanted her logo icon as a tattoo – not sure if she was joking or not, but either way, if that’s not a compliment I don’t know what is!!
Next up, the website:
just take a final look at how well it all comes together:
