How to add header four in Squarespace

We’ve previously talked about how you can add your own custom font to your Squarespace website, and in this post I’ll share another Squarespace font hack with y’all!

In today’s post I’ll show you how easily you can add a H4 tag on your Squarespace website!

Add code to Custom CSS editor:

The first step to setting up your H4 is to add in the code to your CSS editor. If you’d like to use a custom font for this process, follow the Adding a Custom Font in Squarespace tutorial first.

Once you’ve got your font identified, adding the H4 code is super simple! Just paste the following into your CSS editor:

h4 {

  font-family:'Name of font here’;

  font-size:55px;

  color:#535657;

  font-weight: 10;

    }

Any bolded text above should be changed to fit your needs and customize the settings for your font!

Adding H4 to your site:

To add your Header 4 to your website, the easiest way is by adding a code block (yes, this requires the business plan or higher on Squarespace).

Insert a code block where you’d like to display your H4 and past the following in:

<h4>

Your text here

</h4>

Replace the bolded text with whatever you’d like your H4 to say, and you’re good to go!

That’s it, y’all! The super simple way to set up an H4 tag on your Squarespace website!
